The NGTM Conclave 2026 offers students a unique opportunity to combine international conference participation with an enriching educational tour in Malaysia. The School / Institution, its management, faculty, representatives, or associated agencies shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or additional expense incurred due to circumstances beyond their control.

Parents/guardians are required to ensure that their ward has valid travel documents, insurance coverage (medical and travel), and any required vaccinations or health clearances prior to travel. By consenting to their ward’s participation, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with international travel and agree to abide by the directions and decisions taken by the School / Institution during the course of the trip.
