If you are 10 years or older (as of 31st May 2026), this is your chance to shine, showcase your skills, and represent your school at an international platform in Malaysia! 🇲🇾
Students can participate in one or more events based on their interests and strengths, from public speaking and debates to science expos and creative showcases.
Participants must be confident and self-reliant during their stay in Malaysia, ready to explore, learn, and make unforgettable memories. 🌿💫

Dear Parents,
We are thrilled to have your child be a part of NGTM Conclave 2026 – Malaysia, an event that celebrates learning, leadership, and global exposure! 🌏✨
To ensure a smooth visa process and travel arrangements, we kindly request you to submit the scanned copy of your child’s passport to the School Management on or before December 15th, 2025 — without fail.
Please note that as flight tickets, accommodation, and event logistics are booked well in advance, the registration fee is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. We appreciate your understanding, as these advance bookings are made under a no-cancellation policy.
Your timely cooperation will help us make this global learning experience seamless and memorable for every participating student. 🌿✈️

Disclaimer for the Overseas Student Travel
While every effort will be made by the School / Institution and its organizing partners to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during the international travel program, unforeseen circumstances may arise that are beyond the reasonable control of the organizers.
These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, political unrest, public health emergencies, transportation delays or cancellations, accidents, or medical emergencies.
In such situations, the School / Institution reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the program itinerary, travel plans, or related activities in the best interest of the participants’ safety. All such decisions will be taken in consultation with relevant authorities, travel partners, and parents/guardians as appropriate.
The School / Institution, its management, faculty, representatives, or associated agencies shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or additional expense incurred due to circumstances beyond their control.
Parents/guardians are required to ensure that their ward has valid travel documents, insurance coverage (medical and travel), and any required vaccinations or health clearances prior to travel. By consenting to their ward’s participation, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with international travel and agree to abide by the directions and decisions taken by the School / Institution during the course of the trip.
