NGTM National Conclave 2026 is a prestigious national-level student leadership, innovation, and sustainability conclave organized by NGTM – Negizhi Masilla Tamilnadu Movement in collaboration with Indian Institute of Technology Madras.
The conclave is designed to empower the next generation of young leaders, innovators, researchers, and changemakers by creating a platform that blends education, sustainability, technology, leadership, and nation-building initiatives.
Hosted at the iconic IIT Madras campus in Chennai, this grand conclave will bring together students from across India for an immersive experience featuring leadership forums, innovation showcases, AI and robotics sessions, sustainability initiatives, public speaking challenges, networking opportunities, and cultural presentations.The event focuses on inspiring students to think beyond classrooms and become active contributors toward a sustainable and innovative future for India.

Sustainability Student Program Process – Brief Explanation
The Sustainability Student Program is a structured journey that guides school students from registration to becoming innovators who solve real-world environmental challenges.

Target Audience – The program is open to school students across Tamil Nadu.

Application – Interested students submit their applications during the registration period.

Choose a Sustainability Domain – Students select one of the following five focus areas:

Evaluation – Experts review the applications and group students based on their ideas and interests.

Boot Camp – Selected students attend a training program at IIT Madras, where they learn research methods, innovation, design thinking, and entrepreneurship.

Mentorship – Over 4–6 months, students receive guidance from mentors to refine their ideas and develop working prototypes.

Demo Day – Teams present their projects before a panel of judges, subject experts, and industry leaders.

Domain Winner: Receives ₹25,000.

Runner-up Team: Receives ₹10,000.

Outcome
